8:15 a.m. Do Yoga for at least 40 min.

Second Detoxification by Self

Dhyana mudra is occasionally called yoga mudra or samadhi mudra. Usually, dhyana mudra is used in Buddhism.

2. Pranayama (Yogic Breathing): There are many types and techniques of Pranayama. In the Pranayam, you have to breathe in different ways. one of the easiest methods is the Mrig(deer) mudra (pose). In this, you have to inhale fresh air from one nose hole(right nostril) and exhale from another hole(left nostril) then reverse the order of breathing.

3. Bhramari Pranayama(Humming Bee Breath): To begin, take a long, deep breath through the nostril, bringing the breath to all sides of the abdomen. Apply the chin to the chest and slowly begin to exhale, causing a steady, low-pitched hmmm or Om sound behind the throat – like a bee humming. Focus on making the sound soft, smooth and stable.

4. Dharana(Concentration on Object): It is one of the Yog sutra(formula) given by Maharshi Patanjali. Practising Dharana requires concentration, focus your mind on a remarkable object— either externally (such as an image, candle or god) or internally (such as a chakra, tree, sun or god).

5. Savasana (Corpse Pose: Behaving like dead): a resting pose in yoga, typically performed at the end of a session, in which one lies flat on back with eyes closed and arms relaxed as like dead body. It is necessary to be in a calm, relax and neutral position. Feel that all of your body parts are relaxing: your fingers and toes, after that think about your legs, thighs, waist, think your ovarian cyst is healing, stomach, chest, hand and their fingers, palm, ear,  nose, mouth and finally mind, then only feel your warm breath coming out. Do this yoga for 5 to 10 min at the end of your exercise. It is one of the most powerful yoga to defeat stress.

Yoga for reducing PCOS/PCOD or Ovarian cyst

Yoga is one of the best ways to reduce PCOS/PCOD and Ovarian cyst from our body. Try these yoga postures:

 Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose), Supta Baddha Konasana or Reclining Bound Angle Pose, Chakki Chalanasana (moving the grinding wheel or Churning the Mill Yoga Pose), Bhujangasana ( Cobra Pose), Bharadvajasana, Sethu Bandhasana( Bridge Pose), Balasana (Child’s Pose), Upavistha Konasana(Wide-Angle Seated Forward Bend), Viparita Karani(inverted leg pose), Janu Sirsasana(Head to Knee Forward Bend). Let’s see in detail:

Kapalbhati Asana

Kapalbhati asana( Head like lightening  Pose) also known for a type of Pranayam,

Firstly, sit on any comfortable yoga pose like Padmasana or Vajrasana keep the backbone straight. If you are not able to sit in an above asana then you can also sit on a chair to perform this asana.

Now take a deep breath from both your nasal cavities (means inhale deeply) so that your lungs are filled with plenty of air.

Now Exhale filled air through your nasal cavities forcefully, so that your stomach should move deeper inside. When you exhale there must be a feeling of some pressure in your belly.

Practice it for 5 min and increase your time within a week to 10 to 15 min.

Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose)

Baddha Konasana (Butterfly Pose): It is the simplest pose. Sit in any comfortable pose. Bring your heel as close to your pelvis as you can without feeling pressure or pain in your knees. Press the outer edges of your feet firmly on the floor and wrap your hands around your feet or ankles. Start moving your legs in half as the butterfly twists its wings. This mudra can be conducted anywhere from 2–10 minutes. To get out of the pose, pull your knees towards each other, spread your legs and return to the normal pose.

Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose)

In Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose): Lie on a yoga mat upright and flat. Then, gently bend your knees. Bring your feet to the mat along the outer edges of both your feet. Keep your heel near your waist.

Your palms should be next to your hips and pressed downward. hold this position.

Inhale quickly, and as you exhale again, open your knees in such a way that it creates a nice stretch in your waist and inner thighs. Do it for 2 to 10 minutes.

Chakki Chalanasana

Chakki Chalanasana (moving the grinding wheel or Churning the Mill Yoga Pose)

Sit with your feet apart widely. Hold your both hands and spread your hands at shoulder height in front of you. Take a deep breath and start moving your upper body in the front and right sides then left side, creating an imaginary circle with your body. As you move forward and to the right, inhale and exhale as you go back and left. Keep breathing deeply and easily while moving. Do it for 2 to 10 minutes. Most beneficial yoga asana in PCOS/PCOD and Ovarian Cysts.

Bhujangasana ( Cobra Pose)

In this Bhujangasana ( Cobra Pose) we have to sit like a cobra. Lie on your stomach on a yoga mat. Extend your legs with the top of your feet on the mat. Place the palm of your hand on a mat a few inches away from your shoulders. Squeeze your elbows towards your body, instead of separating them from the sides. Press firmly through the top of your legs and your thighs. Pull your tailbone towards the ground.

On one breath, push your chest forward and up. Pull your shoulders away from your ears.

Stay in the posture for 45 seconds. Repeat it 5 times.

To leave, lower your body as you exhale and relax on the floor.


In Bharadvajasana: Start in the staff pose or in a comfortable pose, sitting with both legs extended and through the spine.

Bend both knees and bend the heel toward the outside of the right hip as the knees guide gravity toward the ground.

Inhale and lengthen your backbone.

When exhaling, start turning the torso to the left.

Hook the back of the right hand across the front of the left knee.

Exhale again, and while exhaling, rotate the left fingers backwards and to the right. Finally, if the bind is accessible, wrap the left arm around the back and hold the right with the left hand. Gaze on the opposite side.

Sethu Bandhasana( Bridge Pose)

In Sethu Bandhasana( Bridge Pose) Firstly, lie down on your backside. Next, bend or Fold your knees and keep your feet and hip-distance apart on the yoga mat. Distance nearly 1-1.5  foot from your pelvis. Simultaneously knees and ankles in a continuous line. Take your arms beside your body, and your palms should folding down. Immediately gently rotate your shoulders; touch the chest to the chin without effecting the chin down, holding your weight with your shoulders, arms, and feet. Instantly feel your back firm up in this pose. Retain your Both thighs parallel to each other and to the mat.

You may connect the fingers and shift the hands-on mat to raise the torso a light more up, or you could maintain your back with your palms.

Continue breathing normally and gently.

 Balasana (Child’s Pose)

In Balasana (Child’s Pose) Bend down on the yoga mat and meet your big toes to each other as you lie on your heels. Once you are relaxed, open your knees hip-width separated. Inhale deeply.

Turn forward, and set your torso between your thighs and exhale.

Now, expand the sacrum all beyond the back of the pelvis, and narrow the points of your hip such that they tend towards the abdomen. Sink down on the inner thighs.

Lengthen the tailbone apart from the back of the pelvis as you elevate the base of your head somewhat apart from the back of the neck.

Extend your arms ahead and set them in front of you, so that they are in series with your knees. Loosen the fronts of your shoulder to the yoga mat. You must sense the pressure of the front shoulders stretching the blades broadly over your back.

Upavistha Konasana(Wide-Angle Seated Forward Bend)

Upavistha Konasana(Wide-Angle Seated Forward Bend): To start this asana, squat erect, and loosen up your legs so that they are at a perpendicular with your pelvis.

Make your toes point up as you flex your toes and arrange your knees. You must sense a curve in your lower back. If you don’t, practice on a prop. Relax on a strong pillow. This will provide your pelvis balanced and enable it to tilt ahead, separated and clutching lower back curve.

Put your palms on the yoga mat, so that they are behind your hips.

Inhale, abundant and deep, such that the factions of the body lift, through building space or void in the backbone. Stay for some seconds if you sense a great stretch in your legs at this time.

Instantly strengthening your lower back, and absorbing your belly in, exhale and fold. Smoothly pass your hands in front of you.

Utilize your breathing as a pattern to how much you can stretch, and stretch your backbone as greatly as you can. Stop while you observe uncomfortably position. Inhale long and deep as you retain the posture for around a minute.

Exhale and smoothly come back up. Turn your knees and stretch your legs back collectively.

Viparita Karani(inverted leg pose)

In Viparita Karani(inverted leg pose): Locate an open space near a wall and squat close to it, so that your feet are on the carpet, opened in front of you, and the one side of your body is impressing the wall.

Note: You can also do it without the support of a wall after practising.

Exhale. Couch on your back, getting sure that the back of your legs pushes upon the wall, and that the bottoms of your feet face upwards. It will bring you a little bit of inclination to get comfortable in this situation.

Put your buttocks a light apart from the wall or push them against the wall.

Ensure that your back and head are holding on the yoga mat. You will notice that your body is perpendicular.

Raise your hips up and push a prop beneath them. You could also utilise your hands to hold your hips and form that curvature in your lower body.

Maintain your head and neck in a neutral state and relax your throat and your face.

Close your eyes and rest. Keep the position for a minimum of five minutes. Release and turn to any one side. Breathe before you squat up.

Janu Sirsasana(Head to Knee Forward Bend)

In Janu Sirsasana(Head to Knee Forward Bend)Arrange the body under your yoga mat so that your sit bones are strongly tied.

Twist your left knee and take the sole of your left foot to your right inner thigh.

Spread your torso over your extended right leg. Start to produce your torso down to your leg by tilting your pelvis ahead so that the curve initiates from your hips rather than your lower back.

Hold your right foot flexed during pushing the back of the right thigh down toward the yoga mat.

Meanwhile, you arrive your peak forward bending limit, you have an option: You can sustain your straight backbone and long neck in an alert position, or you can relax your heart and head down approaching the lengthened leg, supporting the backbone to shape. Do whatever one responds more reliable.

If your fingers reach your toes, hold your foot. If not, you may hold on to your ankle or calf, or arrange your fingers on the yoga mat wheresoever all lead.

On every inhale, lengthen the backbone lengthy. On each exhale, intensify the forward bend.

Wait here for five to 10 inspirations and then arrange both legs, move them out, and replicate the pose on another side.
